NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE
I am only 2o years old, a young blood. Does it sound strange to you? If ‘Yes’, I will say it should not, and if ‘No’, I will say it’s good. I want to control your attention to the fact that ‘Age never matters…What matters is your experience in life’. Experience is the collection of good and bad time of your life. An experience gives you an opportunity to learn a lesson and thus it makes you mature. But maturity alone is not enough for the creation of something. What more important here is ‘Your desire to do something extra’. I had it in me since my childhood. I always wanted to do something different in my life and wanted to be the centre of attraction wherever I studied, worked or stayed. I was eager to see my name in newspapers, I was excited to watch myself on television screen and that eagerness and excitement are the reasons for me to bring this magazine for you all- “English Era”.
By the way let me tell you about my poor schooling. I belong to a village school having not even benches to sit. A traditional government school where English was a fear for all. The teacher of English was like the Hitler for us. We were afraid of English classes. After completing my Eighth Board exam when I came to Patna and was admitted in 9th standard in a CBSE school then for the first time I felt the need of English in my life. I struggled but could not get success in getting the classes in English and so finally once again leaving CBSE school I joined a BSEB Hindi medium school for my matriculation.
It was in 2005 after completing my Intermediate when I joined a coaching centre to improve my English. It took me a year to have a good command on English language. I remember in my learning days I was mad for speaking. I used to practice a lot. After 2006 when 2007 came my confidence and God brought a great responsibility on my shoulders and that was to become a faculty of English for the first time in my life. By the grace of God the art of teaching was in my blood and the madness of speaking was in my heart, these two things, in a little age of 18-19, opened the gates of the most reputed institutes of English in India like VETA, BBC, AMERICAN ACADEMY etc. for me and when I am 20 today I have taught almost in every reputed institute and finally have opened my own.
I am telling you all these things because I want to show you how a simple village boy afraid of English covered such a long journey from a learner to a trainer and now as the Editor of this magazine. ‘Nothing is impossible if you desire by heart for something’. Dedication is the key to making everything easy for you in your life. Be dedicated in whatever the field you are. Sacrifice your little pleasure if you want a big like me. Start dreaming without the fear of ‘HOW’. See, there are only two things in life- first HOW and second WHY. Most of the persons of the world are always worried about ‘HOW’ and therefore they never start/never take initiatives but very few people in this world think of ‘WHY’ and believe me those who have a clear WHY, a strong WHY they can make anything possible for themselves. So before starting anything only think about WHY not about HOW because if you have a strong WHY for your action, HOW is bound to be solved by God.
This magazine “English Era” is in your hand for the first time and I hope you will be benefited by it. But first clear your WHY behind having this magazine. Okay… Have a wonderful day! Enjoy your life with knowledge. Wish you all the best!!!
