FEAR FACTOR
"One who fears failure limits his activities. Failure is only the opportunity to more intelligently begin again."
-Henry Ford
The most dangerous word for human being is 'Fear'. Fear kills all the possibilities for success. We must not forget that we are the human beings, the most powerful and beautiful creation of God in this world. We have got all the qualities of translating impossible into possible by the help of our intellect. There is no doubt in it that life is full of ups and downs. Problems are the unavoidable part of our life. They are bound to come and create fear in our life but that fear is effective only if we ignore the power hidden in us. We need to realise the fact that every problem takes birth with its solution. But it's fear which closes our eyes and makes us blind and a blind man may reach to his destination but can never recognise it.
Fear is the cause of our poor confidence. Fear attacks us when we become mentally weak. Faith is the enemy of fear. Never give up your faith. Your hope must be alive till the last breathe of your life. When we begin to fear our mind stops working and it causes a lot of tension. Fear is nothing but ignorence. And in the words of Swami Vivekananda-'Ignorance is the mother of all evils.' If you really want to save yourself from fear then must do meditation every day. Meditation brings you closer to your real identity. It is the process that realises you that you are not an ordinary person. And when this reality touches the sky of your thoughts it makes you extra ordinary. Fear has to be fought with the reality that where there is will there is a way. We always need to think positively and create a positive environment around us. The selection of friends is one of the most important factors which affect our thoughts and thus life. Never choose a friend who talks negative, who says that- No You Can't. Take such words as a challenge for yourself. Hate failure and you will find you are not afraid of anything. You can do onething more-"Talk to someone. Find someone you trust, and tell them about your fear. Explain to them why you think you feel this way, and how long you've felt like this. Make sure it's someone you trust."
Don't waste life in doubts and fears; spend yourself on the work before you, well assured that the right performance of this hour's duties will be the best preparation for the hours and ages that will follow it.
"Fear is death, fear is sin, fear is hell, fear is unrighteousness, fear is wrong life. All the negative thoughts and ideas that are in the world have proceeded from this evil spirit of fear."
-Swami Vivekananda
